Introduce them to your pet slowly and be cautious until you know how your pet will react**. Hold them in your hand and let your pet sniff them. When you work with your pet in this way, it's important to know when enough is enough, or if there are any signs of anxiety, such as an attempt to flee, etc. If that happens, be prepared to slow down or stop all together. You can also place the charms under your pet's bed or pillow for one to two hours and watch their reaction. If they avoid the sleeping area that may indicate the crystal energy may be too intense. If your pet likes the crystals, you will start to see an improvement within a few days and the pet usually shows signs of affection and comfort. It is important to watch your pet and how they respond with crystal energy and cleanse and charge the crystals periodically. You can charge/cleanse them by placing them near or on selenite or in the light of the full moon. Please give your pet time to adjust and there may be times to allow your pet to be without their crystal charm as well. Remove when exercising, cleaning, swimming, playing, and taking a shower. Also avoid using harsh chemicals while wearing your jewelry.
The best way to clean your jewelry is with a professional jewelry polishing cloth. The cloth contains a fine polishing compound chemical which removes tarnish when rubbed gently on the metal and will last a long time. Avoid using the polishing cloth over stones, the polishing compound could damage them. To clean stones use a soft dry cloth and rub gently. Using a polishing cloth might alter the highlights and dark spots on the surface of the jewelry.
Please do a patch test on a small area when polishing and take care handling your jewelry.
Do not use liquid jewelry cleaners, toothpaste or any other abrasive on your jewelry. These liquid cleaners can be aggressive and damage your jewelry.
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on. Hair spray, perfume, oils, lotions and sunscreens can damage your jewelry. Always put on your jewelry after you have applied anything.
